We are one

The individual has no existence outside the collective (environment).
collective good (health, wellbeing ...) is a necessary precondition for individual good.
Is there any other in reality?
Can we exist without an environment?
Firstly, we separate ourselves from our environment and then break it up into individual parts. We do that with ourselves too. Having systematically destroyed the integrity (oneness) of existence, what else do we expect to happen, except madness and unending suffering?

i have been reading an article on kindness
from the Lighthouse magazine
it starts by saying:

we are to be kind to all people for everyone has
the same battle of trying to cope with the ego and it's world.
that is our shared problem, and together we must find
our shared answer or else none of us finds it

from your experience, could this be true?
