There is no future, hence fortune telling of any kind is a useless pastime. There is no past, hence all cures based on healing the past are also useless.
Time just is. Nothing is coming or going. It just is. we are free to do what ever we like.
It is tragic fact that most of us choose to be miserable and invent ways of doing it.

i have been often unable to appreciate the now
and the many blessings given to me
in good times and in bad, i have fretted over this and that
later , even more precious moments have been wasted
lamenting the loss of the true treasures gone unrecognised
to be present in the moment, and to find joy in it
seems the greatest treasure of all - yet one that remains
elusive at times
when i was a very young woman a fortune teller told me
that on my deathbed i would be unhappy over how my
life had been spent - he told me that i had to decide
just was it was i wanted from life and then take action
to make it happen
i no longer have any interest in fortune telling
but a residue remains in the thought that planning (read scheming)
of some sort is needed if the misery predicted is to be avoided
although i have no confidence that self can navigate life
perhaps i may yet come to trust that Self oversees all
what do you say?

To see the treasures out there, one has to be a treasure.
