The inside outside illusion is created by us
by giving too much importance to the skin, to the divider.
Then we go one step further in strengthening the illusion
by treating one or the other side as more significant than the other.
When the house is on fire is it safer to be inside or outside?
When it rains should the farmer stay indoors for fear of getiing wet?
All the meanings we hold dear are contextual, not universal.
